Great Service, great food! Cheap and fast and delicious!

The Poke Bowl is amazing. I crave it.

The food was great, but the customer service is what will bring us back! Incredibly refreshing experience - Justin was super helpful and a breath of fresh air from what you typically get in the service industry. Multiple gluten free options on the menu is a plus - would recommend the sirloin in any bowl!

I love getting their joes bowl or Oyako bowl. This location is fairly quick with orders and typically clean

Tokyo Joe's is always one of our favorites for a quick meal. Very consistent and good menu selection. Nice to be abke to tip their staff too now, recent positive change. The "Do good" roll was very tasty today.

Ordered the “Salmon Bowl” with “Steviaki” sauce (Stevia + Teriyaki). It was absolutely disgusting! The salmon was cooked to DEATH! And the “Steviaki” was horrifically sweet. Yuck, yuck, yuck.This is not authentic Japanese food! I wouldn’t even call this Asian food. It’s a joke. Nasty! Avoid at all costs.

Standard Tokyo Joe's. Staff is very nice and helpful. Usually clean but crowded.

The food was absolutely delicious, I am never disappointed. The menu have an amazing variety. And I believe this worker named Emma, helped me find new things to try on the menu and prices. I’ll be coming back!

This is the largest Tokyo Joe’s I’ve been to. Tons of seating and easy location/parking, as it is across the street from Park Meadows Mall. Small outdoor patio seating available, but faces South so on sunny days it can get hot out there. Staff is great. Only drawback is their sushi didn’t seem as good as the location just up the street on Dry Creek, but maybe it was just the day.

This is hands down the best Tokyo Joes I've ever been to. Great customer service and faster than any other location. The sushi is always on point, as well as the bowls!!! The employees are super nice there too, I wish every location was this good.

These people dont know how to make alterations to the food if its not a button on their computer. Like "going light on the sauce" or "no onions please. "

I can’t express the kindness that I receive every time I come to this location. Service is fast, employees are friendly. And the food is always delicious. The manager Justin helped me order last time, telling me about the menu and what goes good with what. I will definitely be telling everyone I know o come back to this Tokyo Joes!

I've come repeatedly to this Tokyo Joe's to find it has an incredibly friendly staff. And when I mean incredibly friendly, I mean I've seen unreasonable customers (you all know what I'm talking about) that complain excessively only to have a calm, rational staff assist them. The foods good, the people are nice, so it gets my thumbs up!

The food is good, but quite pricey. Service is mediocre.

Food was alright for what you'd expect from fast food sushi. Place was extremely dirty, but service was fast and nice, especially for a first time customer. I would've liked to see a cleaner place, but the smiles and passable food is the only thing saving this from a one star review.

Definitely the place to go for clean delicious food that isn't overly priced. What I mean by clean food - dishes that aren't complicated or full of stuff that mask the natural taste of all of the ingredients.

Okay food; but very obnoxious and belligerent service.

My wife and I had dinner here last night. I don’t write many reviews, but the employees were kind and we felt appreciated. It was well after the dinner rush and not very busy. Our food was good, hot, and fast. The portion size was a little small for a big bowl. We also had shrimp rolls, which were just ok. We were most impressed with the employees and just wanted to say thank you.

I've reviewed this place countless times now. No avocado on my bowl- which I paid for- and no sauce whatsoever. I was the only person sitting in the restaurant at this time. There were no other patrons. Why and how does something get messed up in that situation?

Great food, good selection.

I've been going to Tokyo Joe's since I was probably 10 and I've enjoyed all the extra options they've added to the menu over the years. Every time I visit home I have to stop by!

Pretty disappointed in this location today. Every time I’ve gone to a Tokyo Joe’s I’ve had a good experience, but today was not good. I got the spicy tuna roll. It was so dry, mostly the rice. The pieces were cut uneven so some were easy to eat, but a couple were almost too large to fit in my mouth. My husband got the yakitori bowl. The noodles were over cooked making them mushy and lacking in flavor. The broccoli wasn’t cooked enough and didn’t have any salt on them. Not sure if I can give this location another try in the future. If it’s always like this, it definitely doesn’t deserve a 4.2 rating.

Definitely a great experience, I was helped by little Emma who recommended me to new items on your menu! I will be returning!

Pretty good for fast food. I got a Poke Bowl and it was a good size portion.

We go here a lot, the food always tastes good and they're pretty fast.However, they've messed up my boyfriend's order quite a few times. Usually is no big deal, but today his order was a big dark chicken bowl (which was repeated to us multiple times). He got both a regular bowl and white chicken. Which of course we didn't notice until we got home (always order to go), and the kid at the register didn't even give me my receipt so I'm not sure if I paid for the extra size or not.Overall the food is good and the restaurant is clean, so it gets some stars, but they might mess up your order. So unless you're dining in and can tell them - be warned.

I wanted to like this place. Japanese food with a smattering of sushi in a Chipotle style format sounds like a perfect business model, especially if the food is good. The build your own Bento Box I saw on the online menu sounded great. The reality was a little more hit and miss, though. I got a Bento Box with salmon (with spicy Red Dragon sauce), veggie mix, brown rice and spicy tuna roll. The mixed veggies, including edamame, snap beans, etc. were fresh, crisp and delicious. The salmon and brown rice were disappointing, though. Didn't seem very fresh nor were they flavorful. The menu seemed to indicate I'd be getting four pieces of spicy tuna roll. Two of the pieces were spicy tuna roll and the other two pieces, well, were something else. Not sure what.

I very much enjoy the food and customer service, awesome area very close to where I live. The employees are always very welcoming. Will come visit again.

Best place to eat when I didn't meal prep and got to stick to my diet. Sirloin, Sweet potatoes + spicy-stevi-aki. Thanks Tokyo Joe's for keeping me healthy and fit!
